Hanno fatto di tutto per presentarlo come l'assassinio di un "pazzo", senonché il "pazzo", tra tutti, ha colpito "a caso" un immigrato senegalese che vendeva ombrelli, lasciandolo steso sul selciato del ponte Vespucci. Un puro caso. Naturalmente, se in quel momento fosse passato uno svedese o -Iddìo non voglia!- un italiano, il "pazzo" lo avrebbe fatto fuori nel suo famoso raptus depressivo. Come dubitarne?
Ebbene, noialtri, a distanza di un anno, continuiamo fortemente a dubitarne, e a credere che la mano del "pazzo depresso" che "non aveva il coraggio di ammazzarsi" sia stata armata da tutto un clima ben preciso, un clima che non ha nulla del "raptus".
Un clima che, a distanza di un anno aleggia ancora su questa città che si "stringe commossa" attorno al giocatore di pallone morto per cause naturali, ma che dimentica il venditore di ombrelli morto ammazzato perché era un immigrato di colore.
They've done their best to label it as a murder by a "lunatic"; that's ok, but this so-called "lunatic" aimed "by chance" at a Senegalese immigrant who earned his life by selling umbrellas, leaving him dead on Vespucci bridge's pavement. Just by chance, of course. Should, say, a Swede or -God forbid!- an Italian have passed by there on that moment, the "lunatic" would surely have killed him on the spot in his depressive raptus. Who could even doubt of this?
Well, one years passed by, yet we keep on doubting, and believing that the hand of the "depressed lunatic" who "hadn't the courage of killing himself" has been armed due to a precise climate, a climate that has nothing to do with a "raptus".
1 year later, the same climate is still lingering on this city that is still mourning the sudden, natural death of a football player, yet has forgotten the umbrella seller slaughtered because he was a black immigrant.
